Suggested Directions: 

Hot Beverage: Mix 4 tbsp.(45g) of the blend into 8 fl oz of hot water and stir well. For a creamier beverage, use hot milk instead of water

Cold Beverage: Transfer 4 tbsp (45 g) of the mix into a cocktail shaker or protein shaker. Add 2 oz of warm water and mix well. Then, add 6 oz of ice-cold water and shake thoroughly. Pour into a cup and top with a few ice cubes. For a creamier beverage, use 2% milk instead of water.
