The Esquipulas Valley, translated from where flowers abound, is recognized for producing incredible coffees! Here we find the Finca Las Marias, with rows of coffee trees tucked neatly under banana trees. The banana trees provide shade & much-needed nutrients to the coffee plants. Finca Las Marias is dedicated to using natural products to improve coffee quality & operations through research & innovation.

To uncover the richness of this coffee, I roasted to a medium roast. Subtle hazelnut is met with a rich, dark chocolate body followed by a balanced hint of fresh fruit on the finish. Brew using your favorite brew method—this coffee is sure to become part of your morning ritual!
